Spicy Sausage Noodles

DSCF1984_201113122150This recipe uses the sausage recipe I posted before, only I add 2 tsp of cayenne pepper to the sausage before frying.


1/2lb/250g spicy sausage

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can of milk

2tsp chili powder

1 small onion chopped

Pasta of choice



Brown the sausage with the chopped onion. Do not drain. Add cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir in chili powder.  Simmer over medium heat until reduced by half.

Cook your pasta (enough for 4 people) after draining pasta pour sausage sauce over noodles, stir and serve.
