4 chicken breasts
2 to 4 cups salsa (doesn’t need to be exact, just enough to completely cover the chicken breasts)
cheese of your choice (we prefer old/mature cheddar)
Place your chicken breasts in an oven pan and cover completely with the salsa. Cover with lid or foil and bake till chicken is cooked completely. Remove from pan and shred or cut into chunks and return to pan to coat with the salsa.
Shred the lettuce, chop tomatoes and onions.
Put it all together in flour tortillas, wrap up and enjoy!
