Mexican Lasange(Lasagna)

IMG_0190This is a fun, quick meal.

Ingredients

1lb/500g ground beef/mince

25oz/600g of salsa

shredded pizza blend cheese

tortillas

Directions

 

IMG_0175Brown and drain your ground beef/mince.

 

IMG_0176Add salsa(I use hot salsa, but you should use the level you prefer), it should be quite saucy.

 

IMG_0177Add 2 large handfuls of the shredded cheese and warm till cheese is melted.

 

IMG_0179Start layering in your baking pan with a layer of sauce. If you don’t have a baking dish that the tortillas fit in perfectly then you can overlap the tortillas to fit your pan. Layer till you are out of sauce, ending with a tortilla on top.

 

IMG_0181Add a handful of cheese to the top of the last tortilla.

 

IMG_0182Bake at 350F/170C for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
Will make 4 good sized portions.
