Deviled Eggs

IMG_0580I love Deviled Eggs, and they are a wonderful quick and easy tasty treat. They are also really impressive to take to a get together. This is a smaller recipe that you can multiply easily if you are feeding more then 2 people for a snack.


4 large eggs

1/4c/60ml Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

1 tsp/5ml yellow American style mustard (if using English Mustard or Dijon use 1/4 tsp)




1 small sandwich bag




IMG_0567Hard Boil the eggs.
IMG_0568Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and place the yolks into a medium bowl.
IMG_0569Mix the yolks with the Mayo, mustard, salt, pepper and a tiny amount of paprika. I use a mixer to get them nice and creamy.
IMG_0571You won’t need a piping bag, a simple disposable sandwich bag works just as easy. Place the yolk mixture into the bag and cut off one of corners.
IMG_0577Squeeze the mixture into the egg halves and sprinkle with Paprika. Eat right away or refrigerate.
